Ty Venda, perfect for exploring the coastal path

Ty Venda is a two-bedroom annexe with an open-plan lounge, diner, and fitted kitchen. On the first floor are two bedrooms; one has a standard double bed and the other a smaller 4ft double suitable for one adult or two children. The bathroom has a gas-heated shower and WC. There is an additional WC on the ground floor. Patio doors lead out onto the garden, which is fully enclosed, making it secure for any fur babies that visit. It is equipped with a picnic table and benches for alfresco dining.

There is off road parking in front of the annex we are perfectly situated as a base to explore many attractions eg beaches, coastal countryside of Pembrokeshire and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as many more attractions it has to offer . This open plan studio space sits quietly in the village of Hook, Haverfordwest. We are 9.7 miles from the beautiful Broadhaven Beach and 9.5 miles from Newgale which is one of the most popular surf beaches in Pembrokeshire. You will have use of our large garden that has views of the Preseli Mountains, on the decking we have a fire pit and BBQ. The studio offers a shower room, wifi connection & self catering cooking facilities. There is a double and single bed in the large studio space.

The Folly: A charming, secluded waterside cottage.

A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

Central location for the whole of Pembrokeshire, beaches, cliff walks and hills only 25 mins. Our estuary great for birdwatching. This is the self contained annex to my home, but very private and quiet. Full kitchen. Double bed, washer and dryer. Garden with seating. Table for working with good wi fi. Books and boardgames. You can also easily access the north of the country. No smokers or smoking please. We are on the edge of the village which has a good shop.
