One of the best places I’ve stayed. Nathalie’s place was super easy to find, private entrance, very clean, well lite at night and really quiet. The place was nicely furnished, convenient to UBS arena! New modern and clean bathroom and super comfortable king bed and very cute kitchen. The TV and internet access was easy to navigate as well. Definitely would like to go back whenever I’m in NY! Would give it a 10 out of 10! Perfect cozy getaway - home away from home!

I held an event at Dano's place, it was the best place in the area, and nonetheless as everyone says, he is an amazing host. He had no problem with helping me set-up, helping create a useful area, and the greatest hospitality experience thus far. Would not shy away, and any future events will absolutely be done there!

The apartment was lovely, the location was lovely, the host was lovely, and although we did not have the honor of meeting his dog I'm sure she's lovely too. Just as nice as the pictures make it out to be. We had a great time, thank you Michael

I was overly pleased with this house. They provide small things that you may have forgotten. Like shampoo and toothbrushes. Each bedroom has an extra heater, fan, extra blankets, and a little beverage refrigerator. The top floor space is like a cute little apartment.They really tried to think of anything you may or may not need. So it was easy to be comfortable there.Perfect place for medium to extra large size families. Enjoyed sitting on porch. A beautiful cherry blossom tree lives in the front yard. Great neighborhood vibes. Close to NYC. 30 minutes from Central Park. If you have a vehicle, free parking in the driveway is super convenient. The hosts are sweet. You are not bothered by the apartment below. We would definitely book again.

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in! Defina! Was a phenomenal host, attended to every need! Was very responsive! And let’s not talk about the hospitality! We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday @ American Dream! She made sure we were accommodated well! Frigerator stocked! House well stocked with linens! Honesty is the key with her! She was very accommodating! Thank you very much Defina! See you next time we are in Jersey❤️

Renee was a great host. Check in was easy, the garage and doors were easy to use, Renee was responsive to all of our questions and the house comfortably slept our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There are a ton of amenities like a wine fridge and smart TV that meant we could have a chilled glass of red while the kids found their favorite shows. The house is beautiful and sits on a scenic hillside in South Orange. It’s easy to walk up the hill and see panoramas of NYC. We loved walking to get bagels with our kids or grabbing pizza from one of the many great spots nearby. The streets are also great for running with wide running lanes and challenging hills. We had such a great time spending most of July here.

We had a great stay at Jenny's place. It's easy to catch a bus to NY - which is only one stop away from Port Authority Bus Terminal - which cost 4$ per person.

Amina and Sumaiya were very helpful during check-in, although I didn't have the internet to check the final day message as I was driving to NYC from Canada, they helped every possible way to navigate the correct side entrance entrance to the unit. They were super helpful in the process on calls and the duration of my stay. The house was very clean, and the bedding and bathware were very clean, like new. We felt like staying at a friends place.

I really want to take the time to explain just how great this place was. The place is spacious and the photos are 100% spot on. It was immacculately clean and the best AirBnB experience we have had. Beds were comfortable. We have trevalled from Australia as a family with three teenage boys. We really used every facility. The shuttle to the station for daily trips to Manhattan. The boys used the gym daily as well as the sauna, basketball court, golf simulator etc. Incredible views of NYC from the rooftop. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with local restaurants recommendations and directions. The building tenants were friendly and made the Aussies feel very welcome. We did home cooked meals many nights as well as great local restaurants. The kitchen has all you need to feed a family. Zo and Paige were responsive to any questions and allowed us to check out late on the last of our 9 days. It felt like leaving home. I couldn't recommend this place more. It was excellent.

Muy buen alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, tanto para recorrer la zona como para ir a cualquier parte de Manhattan porque tiene estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La habitación cumple con lo necesario y esta todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un punto muy a favor, es una bebida caliente y algo para comer a elección, no es un desayuno abundante pero si muy rico y de buena calidad, y salís del hotel listo para recorrer!

The apartment was perfect for our family of five. Our host was very easy to communicate with. Subway entry is only 2 block away.

I really liked the bnb, me and my bf were very comfortable. The only thing I can say is that you can hear conversations from upstairs and them walking. But overall I really liked it I would stay again.

We hebben het fijn gehad in het appartement van Yolima en Maria. We voelden ons zeer welkom (ook door de boodschappen die er al waren voor een eerste ontbijt!) en Maria hielp ons met tips voor de bus naar Manhattan, die om de paar minuten vlakbij het appartement stopt. Rustige buurt maar ook binnen 20 minuten in Manhattan! We hebben genoten in Manhattan en bij Yolima en Maria.

We had a fantastic time at Lisbeth’s place which is very well-connected to public transport (a 5’-walk from the Path train) and located in a very nice quiet neighboourhood. The appartment is well-equipped with essentials such as towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels or dishwasher tablets being fully at your disposal. Finally the communication with the hosts went very well, they always replied to all our questions with a fast responsive time. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay in lovely Jersey City and NYC, highly recommending visiting in spring when the city blooms:) Marek & Katarina

Erica and John are outstanding, sophisticatedly pleasant and thoughtful hosts. In a zany city, the private apartment was a perfect and welcome quiet oasis. In fact, this AirBNB experience very effectively propped up an otherwise high intensity subspecialty mission at St John’s Episcopal Hospital, only 7 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the experience was so good, that the next subspecialist just opted in for the next couple of months. The bed and sheets are very comfortable; the kitchen has a state of the art coffee machine, brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Water and shower were hot. Air flow and temp adjustable from a modern digital thermostat Air outside was fresh (not far from the beach). Also very walkable 5 minutes to the A Train to Manhattan. Parking on the street - I always had a spot. I never needed anything the 16 days that I was there. Nothing beats the graciousness of the hosts! The neighbors are also very nice. Forget a hotel… this is really better

I don’t even know where to begin! William was an AMAZING host. The first place my husband and I booked canceled last minute and William had no problem accommodating us. We are able to check in at 7pm after making the reservation around 6pm. The pictures do not do this place justice. William set up the sauna for us to use which was a truly relaxing experience. I could talk to William for hours, we had lots of conversation about various topics. The next morning he made us breakfast. We had bacon and eggs with croissants and coffee and OJ. This was a beautiful stay and it was well worth the money. William was just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again!

It was very pleasant experience. Host is very friendly, responsive, and available. In a very vibrant neighborhood, this seems a blissfull place.

Wir verbrachten zwei Tage in der Unterkunft von Ron. Sie war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Von der Wohnung sind es nur einige Minuten Gehweg zur Subway-Station, von dort aus kommt man wunderbar ins Innerste von Manhattan. Alles verlief problemlos, gerne wieder.

David is welcoming and helpful; this is a great place to stay if you are needing to be in the vicinity (for me, visiting elder and getting some work done during parts of days). The room is cozy and clean, comfortable bed and good desk -- along with bits of friendly conversation, it suited me well. I'll be checking availability next time I'm back in the area.

Art is an excellent host. He was quickly available at all times. We will be back!

Eine super Unterkunft mitten in Manhattan! Ein kleines Zimmer, inkl. Lampe, Strom, Nachtisch - alles was man braucht! Frühstück inklusive - Kaffee, Obst, Muffins, Müsli, Toast, Bagel… alles da! Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war eine Ruhepunkt inmitten vom Big Apple. Als Alleinreisender kann ich es nur empfehlen! Danke Alfred!

Allen and Anne… are such an excellent hosts. They provide recommendations to places including personal opinion. This is a prime location close to subway which is very convenient. Room equipped with all what you need. Kudos to Allen and Anne. I will not hesitate to book this room again in the future.

This place is truly a magical oasis. Highly recommend booking!! The home is gorgeous and welcoming - every room feels serene and peaceful - and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful, respectful, and generous. There are so many luxury touches! The bedrooms have every item you could possibly want, the bathroom is a spa escape, and the library and meditation space spark inspiration and feel so grounding. Above and beyond communication and interactions with the hosts. Incredible stay!
