Welcome to our 1-bedroom, pet friendly cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. Riverfront Studio Cottage with Hot Tub & Kayaks

This is a small private waterfront cottage located in a park like setting with a wonderful view of the Maumee River. It is ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds with double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 and has a new kitchen and a new bath. In addition to the free use of kayaks, there is a 10 mile walking trail withn 50 feet .

Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). East Shore Cottage is located in a private development on the Shores of Lake Erie. The Cottage is 600 ft Down the Street from the Association Beach. We accept Pets see fee & requirements. There is Play& picnic area next door as well. The Location is ideal Getaway ! to go Fishing, kayaking ,lay on the beach or just relax at the cottage. There are Restraints, parks and historic Monroe is nearby. Located just South of Detroit and North of Toledo The cottage makes for a easy getaway vacation!

Sunny Disposition is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 14 guests with an additional rental fee.
