Phyllicia was a lovely host and we are glad to have found the right place for our Lüderitz visit. Highly recommended.

Phyllicia was an amazing host! She gave us such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home. Throughout our stay, she checked in on us from time to time in the kindest way, never being intrusive. The accommodation was spotless, tidy, and beautifully decorated. She had thought of everything! From hygiene items and adapters for European plugs to washing detergent, coffee, and even milk to get us started. It was incredibly thoughtful, and we didn’t miss a thing. We also loved spending time on the lovely, inviting terrace, perfect for enjoying a coffee, often joined by her wonderful dog and cat. And when I accidentally broke a glass, she was so understanding and kind about it. Phyllicia’s hospitality truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect place to feel welcome and cared for!

I loved our stay. The apartment is brand new. My opinion, I was lucky to find this apartment. In reality is even more beautiful than in photos. Worth it. And the owner was so nice and helpful. Thank you!

Die Alte Villa ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Wir waren im Nebengebäude und wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich sofort in einen deutschen Altbau versetzt. Die hohen Decken, die alten Dielen, richtig gemütlich. Wir hatten auch wirklich viel Platz. Das Bad war neu renoviert. Das Personal war immer sehr, sehr freundlich und flexibel, wenn man mal Extrawünsche hatte. Das Nebengebäude wird gerade renoviert (unsere Unterkunft war schon fertig) und bietet sicherlich in Zukunft noch mehr wunderschöne Ferienwohnungen. Lüderitz ist überschaubar und von der Wohnung aus konnte man überall fußläufig hin. Wenn wir wieder in Lüderitz sind, steigen wir gerne erneut in der Alten Villa ab. Wer schicken Altbaucharme mit liebevoller Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier richtig!

A very friendly place. Good location near the centre of Luderitz, good cooking facilities for self catering. Everything we needed really. Very clean .

Thank you for a great stay, the view is amazing, the location is perfect, it is just a perfect little spot, also private and quiet. I wish I could stay longer.
