Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cute, solid block house with tiled floor throughout sits on a private half acre section. It faces toward Apia and at night, if clear, you can see the lights way down near the coast. Most nights on dusk fruit bats can be seen overhead as they fly off to their feeding areas. Sit on the spacious deck and listen to the array of chirping birds. With few close neighbours and a beautiful garden this has been nicknamed Paradise on the Hill.

You will also enjoy a swimming pool, daily breakfast, and Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your peace of mind, the property has a night watchman on duty and cameras placed around the grounds and parking area.

Robbery & theft is quite rampant in Samoa. We’ve never had issues with theft—your safety is our priority.

Close to Apia town and about 30 mins to beautiful pristine beaches. Close to restaurants, stores, hotel, waterfalls and hikes. Down the road from the famous Robert Louise Stevenson home. Gated and fenced area. Relax and Unwind in this gem of a retreat in the Breezy cool highlands of Vailima.

Fale Mailani is a newly build 2-bedroom house in Nuu, close to Vaitele Fou. Both bedrooms and the living area have A/C. Rental car available on demand. 15 minutes car ride away from Apia centre and easy to take the bus to the centre. In Vaitele Fou you can find supermarkets, small shops, a local market etc. On the same land, there are 3 other private houses, used by my family. Great way to discover the Samoan culture. Parking onsite.
