IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Das Gästezimmer und Badezimmer wie auch die Stube (wo sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher hat),befinden sich im Dachgeschoss mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Walensee und die Churfirsten. WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.
