The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

With Rock and the ferry to Padstow only 3 miles away. The Hut has a woodburning stove for those chilly nights as well as an electric hob and a small fridge. Pots, pans, plates, and cutlery are supplied for your use. Your private bathroom is roughly 20 metres from The Hut, with electric shower, loo and butlers sink with hot and cold water.

You have a good range of places to eat out too. There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.

There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.
