Our country house is easy to reach by the main road between Bergen and Oslo. Only one hour drive from Oslo and from Oslo airport Gardermoen. You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

Hytte på ett plan på Lunner, Hadeland. Ombygd fra gammelt vognskjul, på trivelig gårdstun. Parkering på tomta. Turterreng og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet (skiløyper inn til Nordmarka, eller kjør 10 min til Mylla)- Inneholder stue/spisestue, nytt IKEA kjøkken (med induksjonsovn, stekeovn, kjøl/frys), bad med forbrenningstoalett og dusj, 2 soverom med totalt 5 sengeplasser. Elektriske varmeovner (ikke vedfyring). Dyner og puter for 5 personer, leietaker tar med eget sengetøy og håndkler etc.

Lite hus i fredelige omgivelser på Hadeland! Nærhet til skog, stier og skogsveier som inviterer til friluftsliv. Fiskevann, bademuligheter og skiløyper, en kort biltur unna. Lokal kultur kan oppleves ved å besøke Søsterkirkene på Granavollen (11 km), og Hadeland Glassverk (21 km). Handelssentrum med kjøpesentre, lokalbutikker, restauranter, bakeri og vinmonopol i Gran (7 km). Huset inneholder alt nødvendig utstyr for selvhushold, eget soverom med dobbeltseng (160 cm), og bad med vaskemaskin.

På dette stedet kan familien din bo i nærheten av alt, beliggenheten er sentral. 2-300m til skiløyper (Nordmarka). 350m til badeplass m/stupetårn. Flott turterreng for både gåtur og sykkeltur osv. Det er ca 10min m/bil fra togstasjon (Grua). Tar ca 1 time m/bil fra Oslo, og ca 1/2 time m/bil fra Gardermoen. Du kan både sommer og vinter gå inn igjen til Oslo på bena/ski gjennom Nordmarka. (Ligger ca 5min med bil fra Mylla, som jeg vet mange tar skibussen til på vinteren). Sommerhytta 2023 TV2.

120 m2 cottage of high standard with floorheating in every room. Surrounded by beautyful nature of forests, small lakes and soft hillsides. There is a row-boat by the private pier, and fishinggear in the annex by the water. Ski in, ski out! You can ski, walk or bicycle all the way througt the forest to Kikut/Oslo if you like! (25 km) See slopenet at Skiforeningen. 30 min drive to OSL airport, 40 min Oslo city. 4 km to Grua st and train to Oslo. Tv2 «Sommerhytta 2023», spilt inn her.
