Your family or group will enjoy this thoughtfully designed home with comfort in mind! This clean, beautiful, newer ranch home, has an open floor plan, and is found in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located 8 miles from Notre Dame and 3.5 miles from the SB Airport. We've prepared an intentionally organized kitchen and bathrooms for a full house, as well as carefully selected beds to rest easy. The dining room opens up to an outdoor deck and fire pit to enjoy Indiana's seasonal outdoors.

There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.
