In the kitchen there will be food to provide for your own breakfast for the first morning. Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Mooi Appartement in Maastricht Sint-Pieter

De Sint-Pietersberg is een heuvelplateau ten zuiden van Maastricht. Een unieke streek met pittoreske dorpjes, forten en kastelen en een uitzonderlijke natuur. Onderaan deze oase van rust, aan een gezellig pleintje, ligt ons huis. De landelijke wijk St. Pieter leent zich perfect voor een wandeling of fietstocht in het groen. Binnen 10 min. lopen bereikt u het historisch stadscentrum. In de wijk bruist het van restaurants en eetcafé's. Ook vindt u er een buurtcentrum met een supermarkt etc.

In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte naast ons huis. De gastsuite is luxe ingericht en voorzien om u een ontspannen verblijf te garanderen. De gastsuite is volledig privé. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur. De gastsuite bevindt zich in de rustige omgeving Zouwdalveste in Maastricht, op 50 meter van de Belgische grens. Binnen een kleine 10 minuten met de auto bent u in het centrum van Maastricht. Met de bus bent u binnen 18 minuten in het centrum van Maastricht.

Stijlvol 'boutique' appartement waar je kan genieten van een heerlijk verblijf in Maastricht. De ruime keuken en woonkamer zorgen voor veel leefbaarheid. Er zijn twee slaapkamers met beide een tweepersoonsbed. Daarnaast zijn er twee badkamers met douche. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Gastenverblijf "Aan de Hoge Dijk", gelegen aan de oevers van de oude kanaaldijk, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Maastricht en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Ons tweepersoons gastenverblijf ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het gastenverblijf is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.

Halfronde studio van 50 m2 met keuken en badkamer op Sint Pieter grenzend aan de Pietersberg en aan de Maas op 1000 meter van het centrum. Sfeervol atelier en grote buitenruimte voor gezamenlijk gebruik. Parkeren voor de deur (betaald) of gratis (op 50 meter afstand). Eigen ingang, badkamer met Bad en douche en wasmachine. Keuken met ijskast (gevuld met ontbijtspullen), en magnetron. iedere ochtend verse broodjes.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
