The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Seulement 5 minutes des nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars, etc. de LLBean et Freeport. Wolfes Neck State Park et ses superbes sentiers côtiers et forêts sont à moins d'un mile.

A short drive to Wolfe's Neck State Park, Bradbury Mountain State Park, Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary, the Desert of Maine, Winslow Park, farm stands and the beautiful mid-coast coast.

This is the ground level of a multi-unit house. It is wheelchair friendly, with cathedral ceilings, a modern kitchen, and wide plank pine floors. The expansive deck will only enhance you experience overlooking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and owners are responsible for any waste. We want to be courteous with all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Take a stroll down to the Pier where you can experience the water up close.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Nestled on 8 acres overlooking Casco Bay, the Stone Isle guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and amazing water views. The guest house includes an open plan layout with a full kitchen, living room (with sleeper sofa) and a dining table for 4. Last but not least the guest house is a 5-minute walk from a 23-acre preserve that has numerous scenic viewpoints, tide pools and ledges, and picnic tables. Coastal Maine at its best!
