Our house is in a very quiet place. Here you live in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. We are very enthusiastic about permaculture and we apply some of its techniques in our day to day life. We enjoy a healthy, simple, sustainable and ecological lifestyle. We have solar panels. We dispose of garbage and make some organic compost. We provide the contact of people and places where you can buy toiletries and natural cosmetics if you want. The house has a flowery garden and a small vegetable garden that are treated without agro-toxic and according to some principles of permaculture. It is located near the city of Funchal, about 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus. In an area that resembles the countryside because there are not many tall buildings in the surroundings and in a little quite street ... There is regular public transportation and a large shopping center very close. Guests will always be able to pick something from the garden as long as it is in abundance and leave a symbolic donation to help with their maintenance. Celery, oregano, parsley, basil, beets, cabbage leaves. All the studios have a private kitchen and bathroom and a small porch where you can relax and dine by candlelight. THE MODERN & RECYCLED HOUSE

The Modern & Recycled House is a beautiful, romantic and charming open space flat. There are floor to ceiling windows surrounding half the apartment, allowing you to get all the light and the outside view if you wish so.It was built from scratch and combines recycled (made by us) materials with modern pieces. Located right in the heart of the quiet and beautiful town of Machico, its about 50 meters from the beach (rocky and sandy) door to door with great restaurants.The Airport 5 minutes away.

REMARQUE : à partir de juin 2024, une nouvelle loi oblige tous les hôtes à percevoir une taxe de séjour par personne (de plus de 13 ans) et par nuit de 2 € avec une limite maximale de 7 nuits.
