Use of shared kitchen with cupboard space and dining area. Free parking on the driveway. TV with Amazon Prime. Large fenced back yard with a new patio and fire pit. A separate BBQ is available for guests to use. The main shopping area is less than 3 miles away and includes WalMart, Planet Fitness, and a number of restaurants.
