Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Inside, the three king sized bedrooms feature luxury bedding beneath vaulted, oak-beamed ceilings and period windows. Sky TV, Sonos speakers.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

The Coach House is a newly converted building that is entirely separate from the rest of the property with private access. It is a very lovely space for 1 person or 2 people to share. We have super king bed that can be separated into 2 singles if our guests prefer. There is unlimited free WIFI and several of the power sockets incorporate USB charging points. The accommodation is well positioned in a conservation area directly opposite to the Malvern Link Common which is great for walking dogs.

The recently restored Old Forge is set in beautiful countryside, yet is less than two miles from Great Malvern. It offers an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens onto a west facing patio where guests can enjoy outstanding views of the Malvern Hills. The Old Forge has a separate sleeping area with king size bed and ensuite shower room. The hills, Malvern Theatre and the Three Counties Showground, are all within a 5-10 minute drive. The house is a self contained, annexe to the Stables. It is comfortably furnished and has a small private garden with patio to the rear of the building.
