Terraced cottage, village location.

Our house is a beautiful, historic terraced cottage in a small village just outside of Penzance. The area is a conservation area. There are many original features. The house is directly opposite an eleventh century church providing a beautiful, restful view. We have two bedrooms available, a victorian style bathroom, a large living room with wood burning stove, a kitchen with original slate tiling and a conservatory style extension. The house is suitable for two couples, or a small family.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary and the perfect resting place after a day walking the beautiful coastline of South West Cornwall or just enjoying some down time. Positioned between St Ives and Landsend with fantastic views down the coast. This perfectly formed studio has everything you need from a full size shower, a log burner and an extra comfortable king size bed. We are also situated between two fabulous pubs, The Tinners Arms and the Gurnard's Head, if you fancy dinning out.

Fairhaven on Newlyn Harbour

Perched on a hillside above Newlyn Harbour, with panoramic views over Mount's Bay, sits this lovingly restored granite home. Once an old chapel, Fairhaven exudes historic charm from the stained glass window of a traditional Cornish lugger to the massive structural beams salvaged from old ships. This gem of a home has been polished with a recent renovation - creating 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living and kitchen areas, and a balcony that stretches the length of the facade.

Peaceful Country Treehouse Nr Penzance & St Ives

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

The Library with Sauna at The Old Post Office

3 miles in each direction to the North and South coasts, a self-contained, 2 storey annexe at the bottom of the garden. A former Library set in an AONB with easy access to open countryside and many beautiful beaches. Perfect for walking, cycling, beaches, surfing, art and history lovers. A wealth of places around the peninsula to explore. The Library is a fully equipped, 2 bedroomed tranquil space with views over the garden and open fields with a small, private courtyard with table and chairs.

The beach and coastal path is a 10 minute walk. Take a walk/cycle to St Michaels Mount, a scenic train ride to St Ives or an excursion to Isles of Scilly.

The Old Studio

A cosy tin miner's cottage in a tranquil area of West Cornwall, situated close to the cliffs on the edge of the village of Trewellard. This two bedroom house is in a quiet location, yet close to Pendeen and local beaches. The cottage has amazing sea views and both East and West facing gardens. Walking distance to local amenities, including a shop, pub, cafe and post office. An ideal spot for walkers and adventurers, with sea views and easy access to the Coast Path.

The Piggery is in the middle of the countryside but is only 2 miles from Penzance. It is ideally situated to access both the north and south coasts. The enclosed garden is a wonderful sun trap for morning coffee or relax inside on the comfy sofa.
