De petits inconvénients parfaitement acceptés en raison de la situation et du prix très attractif. Appartement absolument conforme à l'annonce avec de bonnes surprises (literie de qualité, propreté, sécurité). Et surtout, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis (thé et pâtisseries), guidés et accompagnés (dans la ville) avec une extrême gentillesse. Tres bon petit déjeuner préparé par l'hôtesse. Hôtes chaleureux, attentionnés et généreux. Un grand merci ! Nous recommandons avec objectivité et plaisir. 😊

Lovely bright spacious apartment right in the centre, everything we needed, would highly recommend if you’re visiting Puerto De La Cruz and we would definitely stay again!

Es hat alles super geklappt und war wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! Le logement était propre, bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à la description. Ayoub a été très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci pour cette belle hospitalité.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The nearby “strip” gets a little noisy in the evening but nothing serious. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in Portimao. And Catia was very responsive whenever I had a question.

De link via maps was niet accuraat bij mij, heb Moha moeten bellen om duidelijke instructies te krijgen. De heuvel die je moet oprijden is een pittig ritje, zijn volop bezig om de baan te herstellen. Eenmaal aan de woning werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de dames. Aangezien we de eerste klanten waren mochten we zelf ons appartement uitkiezen. Rachid heeft ons onmiddellijk een tasje thee en koekjes gegeven, samen met de nodige uitleg van de omgeving en een rondleiding van de woning. Op het dakterras heb je een subliem uitzicht van Chefchaouen. Het appartement is zoals de foto, voorzien van al het nodige. Het avondmaal hebben we ter plaatse genoten, een lekkere tajine. De volgende ochtend werd het ontbijt geserveerd op het dakterras. Rachid en de dames stonden steeds klaar voor eventuele vragen of wensen. Ondanks de pittige helling, zou ik zo terug kunnen gaan naar de blue house.

Norbert war pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit an der Unterkunft. Er zeigte uns alles und anschließend machte er mit uns noch eine Rundfahrten durch Olhão und zeigte uns die wichtigsten Punkte. Total nett! Das Haus ist zweckmäßig, traditionel eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight. Danke für den Aufenthalt Norbert.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist etwas außerhalb des trubels aber alles ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Alles war Sauber und ordentlich. Uns allen Hat das Haus sehr gefallen und inshallah kommen wir wieder ❤️

Wir sind drei Familien aus der Schweiz und haben das Farmhouse für unsere Feediving-Ferien gebucht. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig mit separatem Bad was ideal ist für grössere Gruppen. Die Küche war nicht ganz optimal ausgestattet für das regelmässige Kochen, doch Steven hat uns gleich alle gewünschten Kochutensilien besorgt. Wir verbrachten erlebnisreiche wie euch erholsame Ferien auf Gozo

Όλα ήταν τέλεια Ο κύριος Γιάννης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικος μας βοήθησε να φτάσουμε στον χώρο χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.Ο χώρος πολύ καθαρός και ήσυχος και το μέρος ιδανικό για επίσκεψη Θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα.

Ottima sistemazione, parcheggio privato, giardino curato e recintato su tutto il perimetro della casa. Pulizia e confort dell'alloggio al di sopra della media, in posizione molto tranquilla e a distanza di ca. 15/20 minuti a piedi (a seconda dell'andatura) dal centro comm.le Zarco e dalla spiaggia "Pedras Pretas". A circa 300 mt. c'è un ottimo ristorante e nelle immediate vicinanze di questo un piccolo emporio per eventuali immediate necessità. Nelle vicinanze c'è pure un'ottima pizzeria. Per chi non disponesse di mezzo proprio rendo noto che con una passeggiata di ca. 30 minuti si può raggiungere il centro e che l'eventuale ritorno con carichi si effettuata ad un modesto costo di € 5,75.= Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Alojamiento ideal para una pareja con la estufa

Wat een plek! Bij aankomst direct vriendelijk ontvangen. Esmail liet ons het huis zien en ontving ons enorm gastvrij. Het huis heeft alle verwachtingen overstegen! Het is mooi, rustig, schoon en echt een pareltje! wij waren er 3 nachten maar vonden het super jammer dat we weer moesten gaan. Esmail is een super fijne host. Hij heeft ons een surfles gegeven waar wij enorm van hebbem genoten! Toen er een probleem was met de wifi in het hele gebied heeft hij alles op alles gezet om dit voor ons op te ruimen. Al met al een enorme aanrader en wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!!!!

Die Wohnung besticht mit Meerblick und der ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Zum nächten Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man schnell weitere Strände, Restaurants und schöne Ausflugsziele. Das Bett war super bequem, die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Praktisch fanden wir die Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sehr gut und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati ospiti di Jordan, persona molto cordiale, socievole e disponibile. L’alloggio é stupendo, molto curato e ben rifinito: ordine, pulizia, facilità di accesso e flessibilità per gli orari di check-in/check-out. L’appartamento ha una vista stupenda, situato all’ottavo piano di un edificio di fronte al mare tra il porto turistico e playa de malapesquera. Difficilmente dimenticheremo il nostro soggiorno, reso indimenticabile anche dalla qualità dell’alloggio. Grazie di cuore per averci dato la possibilità di soggiornare qui. We were guests of Jordan, a very friendly, sociable and helpful person. The accommodation is wonderful, very well-kept and well-finished: order, cleanliness, easy access and flexibility for check-in/check-out times. The apartment has a wonderful view, located on the eighth floor of a building facing the sea between the marina and playa de malapesquera. Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to stay here.

Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.

Très bon séjour chez NA immobilier. Hote réactif, et instructions très claires. L’immeuble et l’appartement sont propres et bien agencés. Le rooftop avec la piscine et les transats sont top. Il faudrait cependant penser à mettre un peu plus de papier toilettes pour 2 personnes sur 4 jours. Sinon RAS.

Die Wohnung von Robert lag in einer guten Gegend, guter Ausgangsort für diverse Restaurants, Bars etc. Robert war sehr bemüht um unser Wohlergehen, hat uns diverse Ausflugstipps mitgegeben. Der Parkplatz zur Wohnung war goldwert, da die Parkplätze in Malta rar und keine Tiefgaragen vorhanden sind. Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht mehr im neusten Zustand, hier und da gab es Mängel, aber im Grossen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Nina was lovely responded quickly and even met us at the apartment with clear instructions how to get there. The apartment was so clean and comfortable we had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend to book this place, there were 5 of us and we all have so much space. Beautiful relaxing pool and sun beds and walkable to amenities and the strip. We had a great time and we will definitely come back
