This 2BHK home is on the 1st floor and equipped with modern facilities. Each bedroom has attached private bathroom access. Bedroom 1 has a bathtub while Bedroom 2 has a a spacious shower area. Bedroom 2 has more storage capacity, a dedicated workspace and access to a balcony, accessible via the living room also.

Our terrace home is quietly nestled in a thriving warm fishermen community in Uthandi with no bustle of traffic, and the sound of the waves from the ocean. This private terrace comes with a sweeping expanse of seaview and a myriad of green potted plants amidst some cosy bamboo furniture, the sea breeze brushes your hair while you sip on some chai.
