This is listed as an entire place, because you have a spacious one bedroom basement apartment with a locked entrance and everything you need, such as a room, bathroom, a mini fridge, a microwave, a TV, etc. , however, if you need a washer/dryer or a bigger fridge and kitchen, you have access to the shared (with one other person occasionally) space upstairs. Very nice, clean condo. Safe neighborhood. Central location. Close to all shopping and dining and easy access to surrounding neighborhoods.

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.
