York Harbor Inn- Country Inn Room

Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

Freedom House Cottage Room #3

This is a quiet and quaint private room with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom in our Cottage Building. A mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, WiFi, and cable TV are provided in the room for your comfort. Our entire facility is SMOKE FREE! We are located in downtown Dover-Foxcroft within walking distance to shops, cinema, restaurants, bank, post office & drug store. A full breakfast is available for an added charge of 20.00/person, but must be requested at least 24 hrs prior to arrival.

Great Harbor Inn Hinckley Room 23 King, Twin/Full

Experience classic Maine charm and small-town coastal vibes from your private harbor view suite in Southwest Harbor. This inviting second-floor suite offers a comfortable home base just steps from the ocean and within easy walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants of Southwest Harbor. Our Inn is located close to Acadia NP and the surrounding island; in fact we are less than 1/2 mile to the free Island Explorer bus system that will take you to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

Laid-back camp vibes in this 2-bedroom cottage

MIssing some simplicity? This nostalgic 2-bedroom cottage with full kitchen is the perfect family retreat, set back from the rest of the property. Enjoy the pool or relax in the hot tub, and end your night with s'mores at the outdoor fire pits. Pop into the market for upscale pantry items for your kitchen, ice cream, or beverages. This cottage features a living room with a selection of books to inspire your Maine vacation, a turntable and access to a lending library of 750+ vintage records.

The River Room

This peaceful King Room with a private bath is located on the first floor & has everything you need for your trip! The old beams across the ceiling and huge pine floor boards make this room extra special, not to mention the propane fireplace & stunning views of The Machias River! Antique decor with a touch of Maine in the room help to capture that 1830’s farmhouse vibe. The room is stocked with coffee, linens, & soaps, along with a tray of goodies ready for your arrival! A guest favorite.

The Mill Inn - Room 1 : Corner River View King

The Mill Inn is a boutique hotel in a renovated mill located in the heart of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Room one is a second floor corner room offering gorgeous river views accented by charming decor with a Maine vibe. The Mill at Dover Foxcroft, Maine is a 60,000 square foot historic mill complex that was renovated in 2015 into a mixed-use building with residences, office space, and a boutique inn. While closed during Covid, the Mill Inn reopened in the fall of 2021 under new management.

Private Room & Full Bath With Pub on Site!

Limited Hours For On-Site Pub Lounge: Fall/Winter Thu 4–8; Late Spring/Summer Thu 4–9; Fri 4–9 & Sat 12–9 with food, drinks & events. Sometimes open later if busy. Room service available outside posted hours with advance notice. Direct ATV/snowmobile trail access with trailer parking. Some sound may carry—no complaints so far, but please don’t book if noise may be an issue. Ask about private access and a movie in our 1920s theater! 🎬 Popcorn and beverages available for an extra fee.

Downtown Hotel Room

Cozy hotel rental at the Acadia Hotel-Downtown. Built in 1884 as a private home, located in the village Center. Private room with full bathroom, QUEEN size bed, cable tv, mini fridge, & wifi. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. If you are looking for a larger space, look for our Suite Airbnb listing, or book direct though the hotel.

Theoline room

This small, first floor waterfront room is in our historic Main House Inn, and has a large picture window facing the harbor and mountains of Mount Desert Island! Perfect for those who will be spending more time hiking and on the beach It has a queen bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. No A/C, fans provided. Not pet friendly. *Complimenary Wine & Cheese night cancelled for 2021*

The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.

1 bedroom Studio condo at Perkins Cove Ogunquit

Explore Ogunquit, Maine… the Marginal way and Perkins Cove are a short stroll away. Set on a back road just over the harbor bridge you will find the Northern Lites Condominium complex. Privately owned studio apartment unit with manicured grounds, picnic table and gas grills. Private parking for 1 vehicle is available for guests. There is a paid parking lot a short walk away for your visitors.
