Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

The Loft Morpeth

Please note: Our base rate is for 2 guests and includes access to only one bedroom (the upstairs Super King bed). The second bedroom (downstairs Queen bed) will remain locked. If you require both bedrooms for 2 people, please update the number of guests to 3 adults (covers additional room charge) Selecting infants or children will not unlock the second bedroom as they stay for free. Alternatively selecting 3-4 adults automatically opens the second bedroom.

A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.

Kangaroos at Your Window | Hunter Valley Farmhouse

Wake to dawn mist rolling across 80 acres of kangaroos and native birdlife. Soak in the bath while roos graze outside the window. Ten minutes from the wineries, with hot-air ballooning and go-karts nearby. Sleeps nine across four bedrooms including a kids’ bunk room. Evenings end around the fire pit under a big country sky.
