The apartment features beautiful sea views, with spacious and bright rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a coffee machine with fresh beans, offering a variety of coffee options. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of red wine. Located on the 3rd floor with easy stair access. The building is newly constructed and the elevator is currently not in operation. The apartment is fully powered by electricity (no gas), offering a modern and safe stay.
