Looks exactly like the pictures. We appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in all rooms, aircond in all rooms and common areas, the washer-dryer and the tasteful decor. The TV and surround sound system is definitely premium. Private, seemingly upscale location, 15 mins from Amanjaya Walk. We had a little issue with finding switches for the living room aircond (behind the curtain), and a little bit of water supply issue on the ground floor, which the host solved promptly within hours. For families with babies, note that this property does not have a hot/cold water dispenser.

The kitchen is to die for it is so spacey (we get to do lots of activities) , filled with cooking tools, beautiful and relaxing. Love the glass door around it.. The pool is deeper and wider than it look so both swimmer and non swimmer can enjoy ( pelampung do necessary for the kids).. The lake right at the back of the house is excellent for kayak lover.. The owner was really responsive to all inquiries... There is a lot of space around the house so we can bentang toto here and there... The toilet is clean and modern... I love the old heritage vibe around the house... We get to see lots of accessories from the past remind me of my childhood... The yard is wide and well maintained.. There is no selut at all so we can enjoy outdoor sukaneka to the fullest... I appreciate that there is a separate area for bbq so the entire house does not smell like smoke... We never get to feel bored around the house... There are so many things to do: bicycle, fishing, kayaking, swimming and badminton.

awesome accommodation. friendly neighbour. nice river behind the taman. 5mins walking distance to fresh segi, diy and 99 speedmart. 10mins driving distance to taman tasik, white water rafting and bukit batu belah.

It's a perfect place to stay in. All amenities in pictures are real and functioning. Lots of entertainments. A bit noisy at night but it'll quite down as time pass. Will stay here again for sure.

The host and co-host was very helpful throughout the process. I think that actually helped me a lot. And when questions are posed, the cohost will respond like within minutes. I like that very much

2mins drive to Gamuda Gardens. Downstairs got 99 speedmart and 7e can buy some snacks. Room is clean and tidy, extra mattress, towel, hanger provided. Basic cutlery and water dispenser provided. Such a cozy and satisfied stay i could say.

I made a last-minute booking, and I really appreciate the host for accommodating us on such short notice. The unit is located in a quieter, less developed area, which gave us a nice sense of peace and privacy, perfect for relaxing. The place was clean, the rooms were neat, and my family felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile experience. Thanks again to the host for the warm hospitality!

Amazing place with huge, clean amenities such as pools, gym and playgrounds. The basketball court is well maintained and really nice. The rooms were big enough with a small kitchen for simple meals. The host responds quickly and the house is well located, many restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Hütte mit großer Fensterfront sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Hängematte war ein Traum. Man ist mitten im Dschungel kann fußläufig aber zwei Restaurants an der Straße erreichen. Wir wollten eigentlich in der Unterkunft einen Roller mieten, da dieser nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach haben wir es dann doch sein lassen und unten an der Straße einen gemietet. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft.

Thantip is so sweet and helpful! They really made me feel so at home in my time here. The location was perfect for me, away from the main hustle.. not like Koh Lanta is very busy, but it feels so incredibly peaceful and serene here. The beaches and sunsets spots around are unparalleled, I would 100% recommend, and always come back here whenever I'm in Koh Lanta!

We loved our stay that much we extended it for another two days! The bungalow is beautiful absolutely 10/10! Aircon was good and bathroom/kitchen area very clean. HUGE BED My personal favourite thing was seeing the chicks and chickens in the morning, Location is good if you can drive a ped otherwise a little out the way. You can rent a bike from the host so that was perfect. Honestly such good value for money I would recommend to anyone and I’d absolutely come back!

The home owners are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is amazing. There is a boat dock right outside the backyard which you can hire services for watersports activities. The people will pick you up on the dock.
