The interior has custom sequoia counters, stairs and shelving with cedar walls, fir trim and oak cabinetry, two skylights, full kitchen, bathroom and California king size bed in the loft.

Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, one double bed and a fold out couch, There is also a semi private patio for your use. Dockside Airbnb is a waterfront facility on beautiful Rough Bay. The building once occupying the Sointula's Co-Op Wild Foods Company. Dockside Airbnb is a 1000 sq.ft area that has been converted into a lovely living space for short term stays. The 2000 sq.ft Yoga Studio space is also available for larger retreats. The Dockside Airbnb area includes a large Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms. 3 Bathroom, 2 Showers, Large Living Room, and Dining areas. All common areas overlook the ocean view.

This beautiful cottage is situated less than 5 minutes from town with a north facing unobstructed ocean view. Walking distance to the ocean. Permanent residents will welcome you on the property at time of check. Wifi available, in-suite washer and dryer, private parking and RV hookup. This cottage can stay up to 5 guests. The cottage is entirely on its own and not attached to any other dwellings, as seen in the pictures. The rental is of the entire dwelling.
