Malpais : locations de vacances avec brasero

We loved our stay! Stephano has created a unique, artsy space. The space is open, airy and connected to the outdoors. It is perfectly located outside of town yet in a great location for seeing the area. The yard is gorgeous and we loved the outdoor spaces with the hammocks. Stephano is a joyful host and quick to respond to any questions or needs you may have. The place is a gem, you can feel the love. If you are looking for a space that connects you to nature this place is for you! Be sure to eat at Playa de los Artistas. Hard to leave.

La casa es preciosa, al llegar te sientes como en casa, la cocina esta muy equipada, las camas muy comodas, tiene aire acondicionado en cada habitación agua caliente para la ducha, lavadora, internet rapido. El jardín es muy amplio y bonito, en las mañanas logramos escuchar y ver los Congos. José es muy amable y atento, nos explicó cómo Reservar el Ferry, que ruta era mejor para llegar a la casa y nos ayudó a reservar otras dos noches para seguir disfrutando del área de Montezuma. De lo que visitamos en el área a 5 min hay varios Super, a 15 min estan las playas y el centro de Montezuma para ir a cenar y Reservar Tours e Isla cementerio esta a unos 25 min. Mi familia y yo estamos encantados con Casa Amapolas y con José, volveríamos sin duda.

Manuel & Elkin made this vacation a hit! The setup of the house was perfect for 2 families. King beds(very comfortable) and private baths for parents and kids had plenty of space and own bathrooms. The pool was perfect size and the open kitchen allowed great gathering spaces. Elkin the caretaker shows up immediately whenever you need anything and extremely helpful, even texted us one morning to let us know the monkeys were out and walked us to them, plus he's an amazing human! -Grocery store right next door open 7am-9pm-make sure to try the lunch special and empanadas cooked out front of store. -Fabulous Bakery next door accepts US dollars has amazing pastries -Coffee shop 3 minute walk on way to beach with pop dinner while we were there! -Pedro for surf board lessons and rental on the way to the beach -Full bar restaurant overlooking beach for dinners after evening swims watching the sun go down. -close to Playa Hermosa and Santa Teresa, so nice to stay away from the hustle.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Richard's place. The house and property is well maintained, private and close to the beach. We loved being welcomed with coconuts, banana bread and fresh fruit. The house is just lovely as are the outdoor areas. A real gem! It was our first time in La Fortuna and also appreciated being in the quieter part of town. The restaurants at the bottom of the street - Nami, Brekkie and El Pulpo were all wonderful and we spent a couple memorable evenings watching the sunset from Rocamar. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Galina was very helpful with everything we needed, and the house was very comfortable.

We had an amazing month-long stay at Elias’s place in Manzanillo Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Santa Teresa to enjoy all the great restaurants and activities without the constant noise and traffic. The house itself was comfortable and well-equipped, but one of our favorite things was relaxing in the hammock after lunch, watching the howler monkeys in the trees right above us. It was such a unique and special experience! If you’re looking for a tranquil spot with easy access to Santa Teresa but without the crowds, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Está casa es una verdadera joya en Montezuma. Su ubicación es un poco complicada (recomiendo un auto alto) pero considero que es el precio a pagar por tan espectacular vista al mar y al bosque y por la privacidad que el lugar proporciona. Además, Dave fue lo suficientemente claro para ayudarnos a llegar con instrucciones precisas, comunicación a tiempo y un video que hace más fácil el Acceso. La casa es tan hermosa como se muestra en las fotos; la piscina, aunque pequeña, es ideal para relajarse mientras se disfruta del entorno y del concierto de sonidos de la naturaleza. El pueblo está bastante cerca, a menos de 10 min en auto si se va por el camino corto (colocando ruta a pie) y a 20 si deciden tomar la ruta larga que marca maps con auto, cualquiera de las dos opciones para nosotros estaba bien. Gracias Dave por tu comunicación tan oportuna y por aparecer a la media noche para guiarnos. Mi familia y yo pasamos días increíbles y soñamos con una casa como la tuya. ¡Hasta la próxima!

waouh wouah , c'est une maison fantastique . Nous avons adoré la maison de Lynn . c'est un endroit vraiment extraordinaire dans un environnent fabuleux. tout proche de montezuma, de l'océan et très légèrement en retrait ce qui permet une belle intimité. la maison était très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur, rien ne manque . la piscine est également magnifique les singes hurleurs viennent près de la maison quotidiennement. les enfants adorent . on entend agréablement le bruit de l'océan et le son de la jungle le matin et le soir. nous avons pu louer de très jolis maisons au costa rica mais celle de Lynn reste de loin notre préférée les photos ne lui rendent pas justice , venez jugez par vous même, vous ne serez pas déçu même si cela reste un avis personnel. nous aurions aimer rester quelques jours de plus tellement l'expérience était sympa à vivre.

Nous avons eu de bonnes recommandations, l'endroit était propre et l'accueil sympathique.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is modern & spacious. It was a great home away from home. Beds were high quality & comfortable. Manuel was very communicative - always responded quickly. We really liked the location - end of the dirt street, just out of town, but easy walk to all the restaurants, shops, grocery, beach. So quiet, yet convenient. A couple of small things would be nice to have - beach towels & kitchen dish towel (had to use one of our bathroom hand towels.) We all agreed that we really liked the place & would stay there again.

Kristian was a great host, he met us at the property and helped us to use the washing machine and suggested activities. It’s worth noting that there is some traffic noise, in the double bedroom because it’s close to the road but we slept fine using ear plugs. It’s a handy stopover for taking the ferry.

First off, our hostess Maria was wonderful, a very loving and kind lady. Next, we loved the modest Tico neighbourhood. The neighbours were kind and friendly. We felt very safe in this Tico village. The location was just a 2 minute walk to the beach and it was beautiful. Part of the cultural experience of staying in this neighbourhood is being awakened at 5am by roosters, dogs and often howler monkeys. You get used to it quickly. The dogs were friendly and no problems with the roosters. Grin! There is an abundance of wildlife. We highly recommend this location. Mark and Deb from Windsor ON Canada

The place was neat and cozy. We had a bit of an issue with a car blocking the garage entrance band they addressed it immediately. Everything worked inside the room, and out. And the view to the ocean was pristine.

Excellent séjour, endroit propre et calme. La piscine et la cuisine extérieure sont des espaces partagés. Très belle végétation, piscine chauffé et impeccable, région magnifique, air climatisé fonctionnel, hôtes aimables et respectueux. La location de la voiture nous a permis d’être autonome lors de nos sorties et nous avons fait tous nos repas sur place. Une plus grande épicerie est accessible à 25 minutes. Nous recommandons et nous y retournerons certainement. Merci à Diego!

Nous avons eut un magnifique séjour chez Jose. La maison est super bien équipé et c'est facile de s'y sentir chez sois. L'hôte est très gentil et discret. Il a sut nous aider et a été très compréhensif. C'est un lieux qui mélange confort et nature. Nous gardons ce contact pour votre prochain voyage. Gros coup de coeur!!!!

La casa es preciosa, y tiene de todo para pasarla de diez. El unico punto negativo si tuviera que marcar algo es que tiene muchas camaras de seguridad dentro de la casa y uno se siente un poquito observado, pero sacando eso lo recontra recomendaria y volveria sin dudas!! las camas muy comodas!!

Tiene unas vistas espectaculares, siento que es un sitio para ir a relajarse, en familia , habían 2 perros bastantes simpáticos, realmente la entrada es bastante hermosa, pero la subida para la llegada de la casa si es un poco complicada , carros pequeños no sé si suben fácilmente, hay lugar para hacer BBQ Y PISCINA. Agradable .

Robin ist ein sehr freundlicher und erfahrener Gastgeber. Alles hat auf Anhieb funktioniert. Die Schlüssel waren in einem Schlüsselfach am Grundstückstor, für das wir am Tag der Anreise einen Code von Robin bekommen haben. Auf dem Weg zum Haus fährt man vorbei an zahlreichen Orangenbäumen. Es gibt da diesen Song von Peter Fox „Haus am See“ – ein bisschen dieses Gefühl. Zur Ausstattung gehört entsprechend auch eine Orangenpresse, mit der man sich frischen Orangensaft machen kann. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Unterkunft ist oberhalb der Stadt Carmona in den Bergen von Nandayure auf ca. 500 Meter. Es gibt weder öffentlichen Strom noch öffentl. Wasser. Das Wasser im Haus kommt aus der eigenen Quelle, und der Strom kommt von der Sonne. Internet ist Starlink. Glasklarer Sternenhimmel und in unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man viele atemberaubende Plätze, Strände und Wasserfälle. Absolute Empfehlung!

Very nice space and located a short 5 minutes from Samara. Lovely nature, heard lots of birds and howler monkeys. Host is very responsive and friendly. Would love to visit again for longer in the future!
