The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a firm and comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. Our 55-inch TV gives you access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

Welcome to Rocky Spring retreat. Our cottage is tucked away in the wooded hills of Boyertown, PA. This charming cottage is a perfect getaway for anyone desiring to rest and recharge. The cottage features a romantic loft bedroom and an open floor-plan living area and kitchenette. We are located next to the municipal park and our home is right next to the cottage. We recently added an inflatable hot tub in the back of the cottage. We are confident you will enjoy your stay with us!

Historic Amish homestead Barn loft apartment

The Nicholas Stoltzfus Homestead is the oldest restored Amish property in Berks County, bought by Immigrant Nicholas Stoltzfus (ancestor of all Stoltzfus descendants in America) in 1771. You will be staying in a peaceful and cozy barn loft apartment with a private entrance beside the stone house. You can enjoy the flower gardens and birds as you sip a cup of coffee that was roasted on site. Adjacent to the property is the Union Canal Towpath on the Tulpehocken Creek.

The Millhaus

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. NOTE: This property is not zoned for student housing, and therefore it is NOT AVAILABLE to Kutztown University students or ANYONE 25 YEARS OR UNDER. Additional Note: Unfortunately, because of the small window of time to turn the house for incoming guests, we cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out (Check-in: 4PM, Check-out: 11AM).
