This renovated 1900 home is 3 blocks from downtown and 9/10 of a mile from 1st Street Beach. This room has a king bed and a full bed. The full bath with shower is located across the hall and shared only with one person, the owner. Although the home has central air conditioning this upper room receives the west sun in the evening which can make the room a bit warmer in the evening on sunny days.
