Welcome to our cabin on Lake Michigan. Our cabin sits near the end of a dead end road and is very peaceful and quiet. At the end of the road is a historic county park. The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and has all the amenities of home! Relax on the deck, take the kayaks for a spin, enjoy a fire indoors or out, or ride our bikes. Play games late into the night. It is the perfect place to relax after enjoying the sights and adventures that Door County has to offer. The Shed is a home in a shed, cozy, comfortable, casual and convenient.

4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Both shower and bathtub available. Full kitchen with dishes and utensils provided. Multiple TVs throughout house with DVD players. Main TV and Main bedroom also have access to Roku device for use of Netflix. XBox 360 connected to main TV. Space has access to 7 cu ft chest freezer, outdoor propane grill, wood burning fire pit, and ping pong table. House is equipped with softened water and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.

Our cottage is situated on the “quiet side” of Door County on the meandering Glidden drive along the Lake Michigan shoreline. The cottage is perched upon a small hill and surrounded by pine trees in a relaxed country setting. Guests have dedicated access to Lake Michigan right across the street. The sand beach provides for an excellent location for kayaking, sunbathing, swimming, and walks. Glidden Cottage is only five miles from Sturgeon Bay.
