It features a BBQ grill, a relaxing patio, 2 reserved free parking bays, and a fitness area with a sofa bed for 1 more person if needed, bringing total guests to 7.

The private parking has space for 2 cars; while the garden includes an external kitchen with barbecue facilities, available for lazy afternoons.
