This spacious, bright penthouse apartment benefits from stunning views, all day sun and amazing outdoor space. It has an extensive outdoor terrace complete with loungers, 2 seating areas and a dining area, as well as a front double balcony with pool, golf and mountain views. The aparment has 3 double bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. It is ideal for families, golfers, or couples. It is within easy walking distance of the resorts 5 star Ona Golf and Spa Hotel, restaurants, bars and golf facilities.

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with free access to the communal swimming pool and a parking space in the communal car park (option of a second parking space at extra cost). It is 500m from the Roda Golf Club, 2 km from Los Alcázares and its beaches.
