We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay.

Mike's rental was as described. He was very responsive. Location was great. The beach trolly stop was near the rental. Public beach access was walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We would rent this unit again from Mike.

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

We stayed for 6 nights. The place is clean and the location was great, perfect for what we needed - close to FMB and downtown. Our only complaint (which it’s not really a complaint but more of just a heads up) the neighbors downstairs partied until like 6am on Saturday. Earplugs would’ve helped. That said, we would definitely stay again, though! Thanks, Angel! Hope to be back!

This was the perfect location for our trip. It was a beautiful condo on the golf course near Ave Maria. We are already planning our next trip with Sandra and Jorge!

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

Absolutely loved our stay! Only 10 minutes from the Pier/beach, restaurants, shops, and Downtown area. The place was just like in the pictures: spotless, with great amenities and decorated impecably. Had a bit of a hiccup with the code while checking in but the hostess helped our right away and we did not miss a beat. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to gorgeous Naples!

Pedro was very responsive and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book her again!

Our stay and the location was perfect The house was clean and fresh. The Pool and Lanai area were clean and the pool and lawn were maintained weekly. The area was beautiful and great for running, walking and riding bikes, without having to go out to the main road. Just a few miles from down town Cape Coral and grocery shopping. Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

Great hosts, great neighborhood, great location. Townhouse had plently of space for 6 people with the 3 large bedrooms. Quick walk to all ammenities. Hosts were great at communicating and allowing for early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for resort style pool and quiet and safe neighborhood.

Place was perfectly located near family for a special event. Christopher was very helpful & flexible with us for our stay. Would definitely book again when visiting family in the area.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Very good area and price and overall great experience. The pool was great and the space was good for five of us and our dogs. Everything included is very helpful and true to description. The stay with Raul was great thanks a lot would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everyone at the tennis/pickleball courts were friendly, and we got in good practice and games. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. Ken was responsive to any of my questions. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Ken gave great recommendation for visiting the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dovile’s condo!! It truly exceeded our expectations. We felt so at home and comfortable. It is everything the description states and more. We loved the beautiful pool just steps away and met some very nice people there. I took a few morning walks and really enjoyed taking in the beautiful grounds at Green Links and Lely. Naples Beach, Isle of Capri, Marco Island, Bayfront, Tin City, and the Naples Zoo are a few of the places we visited just a short drive from the condo. I would definitely love to stay there again!!

The place is perfect and as advertised -- the pictures do it justice. It was great for our family stay and I would highly recommend it. Lidia is wonderful to deal with and a great host. The pool was warm and perfect -- we just loved it there.

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!

We had a great stay at Rose’s condo. She was very helpful. Perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We’ll be back

Our vacation was amazing!!! Marvin was a great host. He was very responsive and the place was exactly as described. The balcony view is amazing, especially at sunset. I can’t say enough good things about the condo, Marco Island and our host Marvin. We didn’t want to leave. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable! We honestly feel like we got the best sleep we’ve had in a long time!! The beach was right there and was never crowded. The pool area was great as well!! I highly recommend this Condo and Marvin as a host! We would definitely come back!

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.

Loved Renee's place!!! I was a little confused when I arrived since it was later in the evening so I texted her and she called me at 10 PM at night... I mean who does that?!! So kind!! Amazing communication the whole time I was there. Fantastic location, it's near everything. The pool and tiki bar were key also! Highly recommend and we plan to go back if she'll have us:)
