Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the heart of North Devon surrounded by nature. This bespoke Shepherds hut is nestled in a 3 acre field with its own river meandering through. Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

17thC Threshing Barn in a peaceful Vineyard setting. Beautiful cob and stone barn with original beams and features. Entire house, sleeps two, detached from the main farm house, with private entrance doorway. The Threshing Barn is located in the heart of the village of Knowstone, on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. Located close to the Two Moors Way between Dartmoor and Exmoor; the Michelin-starred Masons Arms a stroll away. Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Villa Wishing Well

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

Luxury lodging, doorstep Exmoor walks and cycling

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Cosy self-contained cottage in North Devon village

The Nook is situated in the pretty village of Bishops Nympton, with its village shop, village hall and beautiful medieval church. The market town of South Molton is just over 2 miles away. Conveniently situated within driving distance to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, along with the beautiful North Devon coastline and their stunning beaches. We welcome a small well-behaved dog with a charge of £10 per stay. You must contact us prior to booking if you have 2 pets.
