Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

A 5 min dal mare, casa appena ristrutturata

Sulla strada principale che porta al mare in zona vivace ben servita! Dal giardino, con ombrellone, tavolino e sedie, si accede alla veranda coperta con panca, poltrone e tavolino ideale per colazioni ed aperitivi, bagno di servizio. Zona giorno con cucina a vista dotata di lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Primo piano; 2 camere (letto matrimoniale 160x200 e letto doppio 140x200), bagno con ampia cabina doccia. Servizio internet wifi e aria condizionata. Imposta di soggiorno da pagare all'arrivo.

Il mio alloggio è una tipica casa indipendente di campagna in Toscana, tutta in pietra e legno sapientemente restaurata nel rispetto della tradizione. Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

Elegant ancient villa Lucca

Casa Isabella is a recently renovated antique and elegant building, dating back to the 1800s and enriched during the "liberty era". It is located just a few meters from the train station and the walled city of Lucca. There is just one floor, the rooms are very bright , large and welcoming, with the romantic atmosphere of an authentic Tuscan period residence. The decor is designed with care. The house also offers a spacious terrace where you can wind down and enjoy pleasant outdoor meals.

Loft con ingresso indipendente.Ambiente confortevole e perfetto per una coppia. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze gratuito. Divano letto alla francese ( cm140) Angolo cottura, microonde, forno elettrico, macchina caffè espresso e bollitore , asciuga capelli, lavatrice, bagno con accessori . Piccolo spazio esterno per colazione. Siamo a 2 km dal mare e 1km dal lago. vicino a tutti servizi ( farmacie bar supermercati) e fermata autobus da e per Viareggio , Pisa e Lucca e stazione ferroviaria.

Appartamento "I Gigli" nel centro di Barga ristrutturato recentemente con finiture di pregio.Vicino ai principali negozi.Situato al primo piano con servizio di ascensore,offre un magnifico panorama dalle sue finestre e dalla grande terrazza: a est il Duomo di Barga che campeggia sulle vecchie mura, a sudovest la catena delle Alpi Apuane,a nord le cime dell'Appennino.

LA CASA DI NONNA FLORA

La casa si trova nel centro del paese ma in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Ha uno spazio esterno su due lati con giardino e gazebo per pranzi/cene. Possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà o all'esterno davanti alla casa. A piano terra si trova il salotto con divano letto, aria condizionata, cucina e bagnetto di servizio. Al piano superiore due camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata di cui una con terrazzo , una stanza guardaroba e bagno.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Accogliente e caldo, ideale per 4 persone ma adatto anche a 6, accoglie con piacere i vostri amici a quattro zampe! Situato in una zona strategica, ad un passo dalla SP1 ,strada che collega Camaiore a Lucca. Facilissimo da raggiungere, da qui potrete visitare tutta la Toscana !
