Covered 2 slip boat dock w/new stairs down to the dock/kayak accessible. This home is 4 bedroom/3 bath on 7 acres w/new flooring thru out w/gas fireplace. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player/dvds. This home does not have wifi. Secluded at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. Perfect for friends, couples, or a large family - this home has a full kitchen, back yard w/ an entertaining deck, fire pit, gas grill, a smart tv with cable, high-speed internet, air conditioner and comfy beds. Bringing the boat is no problem with a covered, pull-through carport with parking for at least 5 vehicles & alley access for an easy pull-through.

Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

This craftsmen style home is located minutes from the White River in down town Cotter, Arkansas. A 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It does sleep 5 people comfortably. with 3 twin beds and a king bed. Had a front proch with rockers. In the back yard there is a fire pit with chairs and a charcoal grill.
