This was my second stay at Amy’s place. It’s very comfortable and well provisioned. Washer/dryer was much appreciated. Amy was very responsive - got a minor maintenance issue fixed within an hour. Will stay at the apartment again next time I’m in Indy.

Phil was a wonderful and gracious host! Directions for checkin and check out were amazing, and he had fantastic suggestions and helped with parking suggestions. The space itself was perfect and spacious. Well equipped with all things we could need. Waiting walking distance to all the things downtown. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again next time we are in Indy. Thanks again Phil!

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

Booked for a work trip. During the brief downtime I had it was a very pleasant area to walk around. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. I wanted to do regular cooking while I was there but I found it difficult since there was only one pan and it was small. Grocery store was walking distance and lots of restauraunts if you prefer that over cooking.

This condo is super cute, clean and in great location! Host was very quick to respond as well!

Our stay was perfect! Excellent location, walkable to many sights and great restaurants. Coffee shops and convenience stores also nearby. Apartment was clean and quiet. Beds are very firm but wasn’t an issue for us. Sean was responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area!

I stayed at Rodneka's place for a family event and I'm glad I did! The apartment was as listed and photos were accurate. It was very quiet, the apartment was very comfortable and one of the nicest airbnb's I've stayed at. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Rodneka's place if you are in the Indy area.

After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

We were in Indianapolis for our son’s graduation- this was the perfect house for our family to stay! Spacious, great front porch and backyard, beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen well stocked, furnishings very well thought out- just a really great house! Christine was gracious and kind, great communication, super helpful, went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! Thank you for everything, Christine! We highly recommend your wonderful home to others!

This home was absolutely ideal for our trip to Indianapolis. It came fully stocked with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—a thoughtful touch that made packing much easier. The kitchen was impressively equipped with everything we needed, including utensils, pots, pans, and even a griddle. When I reached out to the host upon arrival, she responded promptly and was incredibly helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this home for anyone planning a visit to Indianapolis!

We stayed here so we could attend a local conference. We brought another couple with us. Everything was nice, clean, and quiet. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for all of us to take showers in the morning. Close to dollar general and places to eat. Everything was perfect for our stay! Thanks again!

I had a great stay at Adam’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and just a short drive to downtown Indianapolis, which was perfect for my work conference. It had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent time at Kym’s rental! The rental and Kym made us feel right at home. The perfect size for two people, we greatly enjoyed our mother daughter weekend getaway. The details in the rental is a direct reflection of the thoughtfulness and care Kym puts in to make the guests feel at home. I would strongly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Indianapolis or the surrounding area, as I will book with Kym in the future if I ever revisit the area.

Joan and her family welcomed me and my dog when my first reservation fell through due to flooding. They were responsive and kind. Never bothered me, but soon after I mentioned some concerns I had about the bathtub, they were quick to come and address them when it was convenient for me. They offered plenty of amenities like soap, paper towels, detergent for the washer and dryer, body wash, even cotton balls. The place was cozy and quiet even though it was near a busy street with some apartment building construction underway. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The place was bright and comforting to me. I felt safe. I got some work done and took advantage of the walkable location. I kind of miss the place now. I would stay there again.

We had such a fantastic stay! Everything was so clean and we felt right at home. Christy was so helpful and accommodating, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay when we’re back in town. Highly recommend!!

I was in town for a conference, and James was amazing! We had some flight delays, so we were able to push a later check out which was super helpful. Walkable restaurants and bars, Tavern at the Point has amazing cheese curds, tried James’ recommendation for the pistachio latte at Coatcheck coffee. Rathskeller near by. James’ place is gorgeous, clean, and quiet. We would 100% stay again if we had to come back to Indy. Loved having the Nintendo and record player!

We went to a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and Amanda's place was perfect for that. Easy walking distance to the stadium. There are also a couple of very nice restaurants on the same street. We will definitely return when we go to any other event at the stadium.

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Thank you Terri!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Chris’s place was a great place to stay for my weekend trip. Tons of space and well kept. Very responsive host. Good peaceful area. Could hear the people upstairs walking a bit but was never an issue. Definitely would stay here again !

Came for the Indy Mini over the weekend, very close to the race start line (~1.5 miles), but not too close to downtown where it was noisy at night. Ginger communicated very well the entire time, and was able to be flexible with out checkout time (so we could get back from the race and cleaned up before leaving. Would definitely stay here again!
