We have used Air BnB around the world and built this private carriage house with Air BnB guests in mind. Minimalist space is perfect for business travelers and those looking for a quick getaway. A quiet block and great downtown location within walking distance of the Mass Ave Cultural District, four micro breweries and on a bike lane for those who would like to travel further without a car. Sleeps 5 comfortably: 1 full sized bed, 1 full sized futon bed, 1 twin air mattress in a sleeping nook.

The Fletcher Abode

Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis. This house has a bedroom with a king bed a bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Free internet access, a television with Netflix, and a full kitchen. Just 1/2 mile from the acclaimed restaurants and bars in Fountain Square. 2 miles or less to downtown Indianapolis attractions including Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the convention center etc. Free street parking.

There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

This is a wonderful, super comfortable, fully private space! Very modern, artsy and fun! In a fabulous historic home built in 1895. You will love it here! Check out all of the pictures - I try to show you all the details. There is ample parking right in front of the house on the street. Pets are allowed - for a $40 per stay fee.
