Giant Sunflower — in our old (1871) Kentucky home

Our Giant Sunflower room is the largest room located on the 2nd floor. It overlooks the original formal entry of the home. A grand sugar maple over 150 years old greets you as you look to the north. This bright room offers a comfy couch, a reading chair and a king-sized bed with luxurious organic cotton sheets. The private hall bathroom with a large tub and shower just outside your room. Cotton robes and slippers await as well as a delicious continental breakfast when you decide to rise & shine.

The Getaway in Bourbon Country with Breakfast

Located in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living, but still close enough to cities. When you first arrive, you will find the entrance on a large, covered patio. There is a gas grill there for your use. We also have a fire pit, so bring wood. Feel free to take a walk down to the river at the bottom of our property. There you will find a park like setting where you can relax and listen to nature if you like. Eggs, bacon and biscuits provided.

Tiger Lily Suite

This beautifully appointed suite is in an 1871 Manor House. The views are amazing, but why stay inside when you're just 20 minutes from the Maker's Mark distillery and other bourbon-tasting opportunities,or enjoy our private outdoor pool? The suite is very private and large. You will be spoiled with the finest luxury linens and a tasty gourmet breakfast served when you are ready. We have gone the extra mile to provide you with a luxurious room. Your privacy and comfort are important to us!

Queen Room, Private Bath, Book lovers dream

This room, the Lincoln Library, is incredible for the book, history or antique lover. Sleep in a Queen Sized Half Tester Bed, cozy up to the gas fireplace in a recliner, gaze out the 9 foot windows over the neighboring farm or spend hours browsing through the antique books. There is a private en suite in the room with a shower. This room is located on the 2nd floor, accessed only by stairs. We serve a home made dessert each evening, and a hot, made from scratch breakfast each morning.

Upstairs Queen Bed + 2 twins, private bath

The room is located on the 2nd floor, accessed by stairs. There is a Queen sized poster bed and 2 twin beds in the room. Additional 3rd and 4th person for $50 each. Two 9 foot windows overlook the patio area with old maple trees. There is a private en suite with a shower in the room. Two wingback chairs next to the window provide a great conversational corner. We serve a home made dessert each evening and a made from scratch breakfast each morning.

Queen Poster Bed, Private Bath Upstairs Room

The Jefferson Davis room offers a queen sized poster bed, and several antique pieces of furniture for your comfort, along with a gas fireplace. There is a private en suite with a shower in the room. There are 3-9 foot windows, 2 overlook our front horse pasture and 1 overlooks the neighbors farm. We serve a home made dessert each evening, and a made from scratch breakfast each morning. This room is located on the 2nd floor, accessed by stairs.

Queen + Full Bed, private bath

Located on the 2nd floor, this room offers one queen and one full sized bed. Sleeps 2, but room for 3 or 4 for additional fee of $50 each. There is a private en suite with a shower, and wingback chairs for sitting. Three 9-foot windows over look the front horse pasture or patio with firepit. We serve a home made dessert each evening and a made from scratch breakfast each morning.
