An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Super cute apartment unit! They had all the amenities, clear instructions, it was super clean and easy to check in and out of! Very nice! The host was super helpful with instructions and information before check in too!

We have stayed several times now. This place has a beautiful view of Lake Missaukee. They are always accommodating with check-in time. Check in and out was easy. Walking distance to restaurants. It had everything we needed. Host was very responsive.

This space was a wonderful home base for us and our baby! Lots of floor space for her to play, and right next to a lovely coffee shop and a pizza spot. Highly recommend!

Place was extremely clean and everything as advertised. Communication was smooth. The people above us partied all night and had a dog that barked until 1am so that part sucked but not really the Airbnb’s fault.

Great stay, small and cozy for 2 people. Bathroom shower / getting out is kind of tight but doable. A larger person might have more of an issue but over all would recommend. Pretty central in a small town

The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We only stay one night and wished our stay was longer. Definitely if we get the chance would stay at this Airbnb again!

Lou is the best host in northern Michigan no matter what I’m doing there I’m willing to drive longer in any direction just to stay at the air bnb. Also very nice location and chill. Private beach is amazing and easy to get to and a lot to do not too far away.

I can’t thank Cassandra enough! She truly saved my birthday weekend after our original host canceled last minute due to maintenance issues. Cassandra was so kind, responsive, and accommodating—she made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and made the perfect setting for a special celebration. We felt so welcomed and loved every moment of our stay. So grateful for her hospitality and generosity!

great quiet cabin had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. no wifi or tvs so if your looking to disconnect this is perfect. We will be back in the future.

We loved our stay here! The house was very nice and clean. It was a great visit with fishing, bonfires, kayaking and cornhole! Coffee on the porch with a view of the lake was very enjoyable.

Beautiful lake home. Everything is very nice & comfortable. We enjoyed the getaway very much. Loved looking at the peaceful lake. The updates are very tastefully done. Looks like a lot of time invested into every detail. It’s well stocked-lots of games too. Restaurants, stores, ice cream all within 5 miles. Highly recommend for R&R on a big lake. Thank you!

What a gem! If you're looking for a hotel type room but without the steril hotel feeling, this is the place for you. The lodge is right on the water with several hammocks, porch swings, beach loungers, & a fire pit with chairs. I enjoyed my morning cup of tea sitting on our balcony, looking right over the lake with loons swimming and diving for their breakfast. We did have a slight disappointment where the listing was not accurate (the listing stated two rooms & four beds when it was one room and 2 beds), but when I brought it up to property management, they apologized & rectified it without issue. My toddler loved swinging in the hammock & the porch swings as well as playing in the sandy area by the water, but was disappointed in the play structure, which was quite rough & dirty and didn't have a baby/toddler swing). Overall, it was a lovely & serene place and I would absolutely come back. It's close to family we have up north so we definitely foresee ourselves returning!

Room is setup like a hotel room or motel. We got confused by the Air BnB check in instructions cause when they were listing 1. 2. 3…. At first we took it as the parking spot we were assigned to was #2. But then we realized the parking is based on the room number matching the spot number. It was an easy place to sleep for the night but we spent most of the time in Traverse City since a lot of places seemed closed in the town. When coming and going there were a lot of spiders on the porch and a couple in our room corners. Beds were clean. The shower did take a bit to warm up. The host does leave notes warning that the hot water takes about 5 minutes to warm up. There is a fireplace you can use down near the water. A few benches are scattered in the yard so you can enjoy the view of the lake. It was beautiful to watch the fog move over the water in the morning. They do have kayaks available but we didn’t use them. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was a home away from home.
