This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

A newly renovated 1960's 3-storey townhouse located few footsteps away from Marsaxlokk promenade. One can also reach the stunning St Peter's Pool in 15 minutes walk. The house boasts an amazing roof terrace overlooking the picturesque seafront where you can unwind with a bottle of wine. It is self-catering and sleeps up to a max of 3 adults. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, spiral stairs, bedroom with ensuite, spare toilet, living room and everything you may need to make you feel at home.

Located in the rural village of Manikata, surrounded by Malta‘s best beaches (Ghajn Tuffieha, Gneijna,Golden and Mellieha Bay) you will reside in this more than 350 year old house of character which has been expertly converted into a true gem that combines modern luxury (Jacuzzi, A/C‘s in both master bedrooms, Siemens appliances,...) with the charme of the old times. Should one wish to opt for the local public transport, you will also find a bus stop a few meters away from the property.

Situated in the heart of Marsaskala along the promenade, this second floor apartment offers stunning bay and sunrise views from its balcony. It features a lift for easy mobility and rooftop access. Conveniently located, it provides access to swimming areas, restaurants, bars, a bus stop, pharmacy, grocery stores, a clinic, and banks. The fully furnished apartment includes two air conditioners, a sofa bed and double glazed windows. Wifi and air conditioning are included and not extra.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

Seafront corner apartment with very large terrace right on the sea & its' prime assets are the breathtaking views of the bay all around. This apartment is a "one of". Swimming means just going down the stairs. The apartment has just been refurbished and everything is new. It consists of two double bedrooms, both bedroom are fully airconditioned. Fully furnished and air-conditioned kitchen/dining/sitting room. Second floor, no lift. All necessities. Strong Wifi.

Consisting of an open plan floorpan, the space boasts Italian designer furniture such as Poliform and Pianca with a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine/tumble dryer.

This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). It is served with private shower, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and air-conditioning. Forming part of the first floor in our house, it is designed to accommodate two guests for short let holidays. Walking distance from Marsascala's promenade, rocky beaches, 100 metres away from bus stops and basic amenities.

Harbour View apartment in Birgu with (AC).

My second-floor apartment which is located in Vittoriosa has a beautiful view facing Senglea, Cospicua and the capital city of Valletta. It will only take just 2 minutes to go to the Marina waterfront and also, there are some lovely restaurants that you can go to and eat. To take the ferry you would have to go to Cospicua which is a 5-minute walk to go there.
