This 4 bedroom, 1896 farm house, is nestled in a beautiful valley on Clear Creek. Farm is located 25 minutes from Ames and Marshalltown. Owners live on the adjacent property; yet privacy between the homes. The driveway is shared between both homes. Walking trails available June-September.

The Ranch House - Entire Lodge at the Wolfe Ranch

Peaceful stay on an active working ranch near Marshalltown. Guests reserve the entire Lodge living space (kitchen, dining, fireplace, coffee bar). Please note: staff maintain office space within the Lodge and are present in designated areas during business hours (M-Th & Sat 11–3). The Lodge also houses our Cat Lounge in a separate area. Ranch activity and animals are part of the experience.

Tiny Cozy Cottage

Experience the cozy feeling in our tiny 400 sq ft. home. Staying close to those you love and want to share this space with. Yet live big in our tiny home with full sized appliances, spacious fenced yard, large picture windows drawing in the sun. We are just a block from the Riverview Park and trail. It is calm industrial / residential on the north edge of Marshalltown.
