Guests enter through front door where the guest room and bath is immediately there. Giving them ultimate privacy; owners room is on other side of house.The TV in this room as it is run by antenna, not cable. Giving you access to maybe 4 or 5 channels in English and 5 or so in Spanish. The local news station comes in clearly.

You may see boaters coming in to take their boats out but otherwise quiet. Just a few miles away quiet turns into action. Many eateries, pubs, Music, stores and shopping just minutes away. The front of the house is unassuming but I think you will really enjoy the comfort and views of the backyard!
