Spend your days in the rolling hills of the wolds, or go and take in the atmosphere of our several local market towns. You will find coffee shops, antiques, music, golfing, Outdoor swimming pool, 1940's weekends and Kinema in the woods, to mention just a few attractions. Historic Lincoln is a must with the Cathedral The coast is a half hour drive.

The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

My spacious and quiet garden flat at the centre of the village is close to the bars and restaurants and golf and is the perfect base to enjoy Woodhall. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self catering or restaurants just 2 minutes away. Two bedrooms one with a superking bed and ensuite and the other with is a double with family bathroom. With on site parking, secure garage for bikes, private garden, log burner and your pet is welcome for a small extra cleaning charge.

Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

The Clock House

A converted stable with private parking within a short distance of the amenities of Woodhall Spa. The property sits at the rear of the owner's residence, but with independent access. Enjoy the many bars and restaurants offered within the village or dine at home using the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Ideal for cycling and fishing, with the River Witham and Cycle Route No. 1 only 300m away! Woodhall Spa is also home to England Golf and the famous Hotchkin course.
