The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

The Old Cart Lodge near Woodhall Spa

The Old Cart Lodge is situated just a short distance from historic Woodhall Spa in the picturesque county of Lincolnshire. Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan living room, king size bedroom with en-suite. Outside there is parking available and a private garden with seating areas. This holiday accommodation is perfect for both long and short stays.

A lovely 2 double bedroom (king size beds) annex with a dining/sitting room/kitchen, which is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Dedicated Wi-Fi with a Smart TV. Ample parking available. This is a totally independent property in the grounds of your host’s house, only 4 miles out of the historical City of Lincoln. The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.

Whether you’re looking for a base to explore the many walking/cycling trails, such as the famous Viking way or visit one of the many welcoming coffee shops/restuarants the surrounding villages has to offer.

You’ll love this charming property, set on an equestrian yard in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails (including The Viking Way), yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.
