Welcome to the Four Corners Tiny House—your handcrafted retreat! The kitchen includes a large farmhouse sink, convection microwave, dual hot plate, and essentials for cooking. Enjoy a full-size loft bed with a new mattress and a memory foam futon that folds down for extra sleeping space (moderately comfy, according to guests). The bathroom features a full-size shower and on-demand hot water. Out front, a short path leads to a private deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs—all with stunning views.

Come stay on the farm! 40 acre working hay farm with 2 ponds, starry nights, and beautiful views. Family friendly, 12 miles (~20minutes) south of downtown Durango and 15 minutes south of Walmart. Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

Marked trails weave around the property for early morning coffee walk or a moonlit snowshoe - courtesy snowshoes are available for guests. Deer frequent the property as well.

We are close to the airport and hospital in the southern agricultural area of town. Beautiful views, simple living and comfort in this adorable custom apartment will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! There are pets on the property and neighboring ranches galore. The apartment is very private, with ample parking; trailers welcome.

There is a cozy kitchen, perfect for preparing your own gourmet meal, and a very comfortable Murphy bed to crash into at the end of a full day of adventures!
