Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

Whether in town for work or here for a family event, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom split level home will give you plenty of space. It's located in one of the most popular family-friendly sub-divisions in Marysville and close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Primary suite has a queen size bed with newly renovated tile shower and fixtures. The two smaller rooms have full size beds and updated fixtures as well. The main floor as a half bath. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Space includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 single bed), kitchen, living room, bath and access to the backyard. Coffee, tea and snack are provided. Stores and restaurants are within 10-15 min., 1 mile to a Columbus metro park, 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to the airport.
