The house has three bedrooms and a study with two bathrooms. Sleeps 8 comfortably, with two additional air mattresses and three reclining seats on the couches. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, kitchen stocked with essentials, towels for bathrooms, a gaming system in the study, smart TV, Apple TV and a porch for hill country stargazing.

3/2 Farmhouse on 11 acres outside of Fredericksburg. Feel free to roam the property or sit on the front porch to watch a hill country sunset. Deer & turkeys visit frequently, and there are longhorns on the neighboring farm. Excellent location to use for day trips in the area. This is a country experience but with shopping, dining, wineries, and hill country rivers close by.
