Quiet and secluded property with an interesting and fun layout inside which was perfect for our group. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

This house is amazing. It's close to everything, but so private at the same time. The yard is huge and beautiful. The house is decorated nicely and lots of room for everyone. I love the porches all around the house. The kitchen was huge and easy to cook in. We had everything we needed. This is a wonderful find in Fredericksburg, and I highly recommend!!

Terri is an absolute joy. Home was close enough to Fredericksburg but far enough out that it was very peaceful. You can't beat the value!

Marissa was a great host! She was very responsive to any questions we had. All of the instructions were very clear for entering and leaving the home. The house looked just like it did in the photos. It was a beautiful home with tons of space. Location was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. We had 3 couples and it was perfect for our needs. Would absolutely stay again!

Location was very peaceful with access to river behind. Lots of room for your dogs to run around. Back grass was well kept for dogs and walking to river. Enough space for 3 couples.

Milam Manor was just as described. The home is located on a through road but traffic noise was not a problem during normal sleeping hours. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, spotless and supplied with essentials. Everything was in good working condition with the exception of the ice maker but there are ice trays available. We enjoyed afternoons on the front porch as there was always a nice breeze. Our week was very pleasant and we would recommend Milam Manor and would be happy to book here again if we return to Fredericksburg.

We spent spring break here and the kids LOVED it! They enjoyed the pool , little put put green and the spacious house! Rudy was a great host, he answered all of our questions right away and made sure we had everything we needed. The view was AMAZING! so peaceful , highly recommend.

Great place to relax and fish. Close enough to James River/ Llano River to go and hangout in the rapids with a short drive or boat excursion. Hosts are accommodating. Just make sure to enable WiFi calling if you’re not wanting to completely get away from it all.

Really a great find for a stay just north of Fredericksburg. Very clean and great setup, perfect for a family of 4. Neat loft area for the kids, and plenty of room all around. The main office area has a really nice pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and plenty of amenities.

Stewart’s place was amazing! My family love the private setting and amenities. Stewart was a very responsive host. We will definitely stay here again!

Michaels place was awesome we really enjoyed the cowboy pool and the local restaurants / coffee shops only thing was we went to start up the bbq pit and there was no propane besides that everything went really smooth and it was a great weekend would definitely stay again !

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever booked. Mona was very responsive and gave very clear instructions. Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen and dining room was roomy as well as the living room. The pool was an added bonus for the kids too. There was also a detailed list of amenities. Will book if we’re visiting Mason again..

we had a fantastic stay! everything was great from booking to check out. douglas and team were great working with us to bring our pet along to resolving a minor pool mishap during our stay due to bad weather. it was just what we needed to get out of town and relax. pool and hot tub were pristine and the kitchen was stocked with every tool you could need! much appreciation for a great stay 😀

My wife, two kids, and I had a fantastic stay at this 3-bedroom, 1-bath Airbnb. The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for our family. One of the highlights was definitely the view out the back window—we loved seeing the longhorn cows grazing, which was such a unique and fun experience for the kids! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, making our trip that much more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and quiet, offering a great place to relax while still being close enough to everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a bit of rustic charm.

This was definitely a nice change of pace. I travel extensively for work and usually stay in hotels. It was so nice to come “home” after a long day of working. The two cats were the “welcoming committee” and were always excited to see me when I got back. I sat on the porch with them and watched the wildlife roam about. Early mornings I would feed the deer and it was neat to watch them come up and eat. The house itself was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the hosts had muffins waiting when I got there! They had everything that was needed and more. Just perfect!

Great cozy option just outside of Fredericksburg but still super close to the town. It’s an easy 10 min drive if that. Has a wonderful back porch area that’s out in nature where you can watch the chickens and deer graze in the pasture. Overall it’s a beautiful property. I had to work while the ladies enjoyed Fredericksburg. The WiFi was extremely reliable which is something I appreciate. I felt right at home. Host was very responsive and flexible. There was an active wildfire nearby during our stay and he kept us updated on its containment and air quality. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway in Fredericksburg this the one…BOOK IT!

Megan has curated a lovely space! It was cozy, cute, and comfortable. The soaking tub was a nice perk. We loved the open floor plan and big windows. We had a great time and highly recommend!

We had a short stay at Jacob’s treehouse for my birthday. Myself, my partner and my 2 daughters (ages 11 & 17) wanted a small getaway for my bday weekend. The place was so cute and clean. We loved the details of the place. Bonus points that the treehouse was only 10 min away from the grocery store and Main st. We had a late night check in, and it was a relief that we could run to the HEB within 10 min and pick up some groceries. We would def book here again in the future.

I had a great two-month long stay here in Fred! The property is peaceful, even though its right off of Highway 210, and the apartment is clean and plenty of space for one or two people. My dogs loved the big yard! Thanks so much, Karina!

We loved staying here. Perfect for a small group to each have space and communal areas to hang. Close to town while having the river and outdoor spaces. We would stay again.

The place looked exactly as pictured and the property was beautiful and so peaceful! Kevin was a great host and checked in regularly to make sure the fifth wheel was working for us and that we didn’t need anything. The property was only about twenty minutes from downtown Fredericksburg — a perfect mix of city and country. Overall, a great place to stay for a weekend getaway! We will definitely be back!
