Warm Country Home Minutes from Town

Comfortable, clean, quiet room and private bathroom. We are 10 minutes away from our vibrant downtown. You have access to the living and dining room, patio, yard, and nearby hiking trails. We love hosting and we take our hosting seriously to make our guests happy. Please understand that you are booking a homeshare listing, sharing some spaces with us if you choose to. Although our older home is “lived in," we work hard to make our home clean. We and our lovely cats are hoping to meet you!

Private room, shared bath. The immaculate Interior of this classic craftsman has been lovingly restored. Bus stops are short walk. Bus is 15 mins. to Harvard Sq. Natural ponds nearby. NOTE: House Exterior is old, not yet restored. Fresh flowers, soft towels, high thread-count damask sheets. Lock on door. Simple breakfast: cereal, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, milk. Use of microwave & toaster. No oven/stove use. Note: It's 25 stairs to front door +14 stairs to 2nd fl bedrm. No Pets, No Smoking.

Fenway Park Vintage Brownstone (4A)

This charming brownstone, built in 1896, is set on quiet, tree-lined Bay State road, one of the "10 Boston’s Best Secret Streets" by Travel and Leisure. It is under the Boston landmark Citgo Sign, within 5 minute walking distance to Fenway Park, Kenmore Sq, Charles River and Boston University. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. All original architectural details have been preserved with Victorian charm. Guest rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor.

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Kiss Flower Farm is a bnb and specialty foods purveyor, located in a quaint 1876 New England farmhouse. Abundant with herb and flower gardens sprawling alongside a classic horse barn, our farm has charmed guests from over 20 countries since 2013. Our private guest quarters make for peaceful stay, and our made-from-scratch breakfasts bring a delicious start to your morning. The farm’s close proximity to natural and cultural attractions also offers many options for exploration and adventure.

Your private guest suite features one queen bedroom, full bath, living room, kitchenette, and dining area, all located on the entire third floor of our home. Once you enter through our home and close the door to the third floor, you'll be amazed at how separate you'll feel. We're situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a 7-minute walk to the bus or train into Boston. Curl up with a cup of tea in the evening and enjoy a light breakfast in the morning. Bright king suite, your own bathroom, cotton sheets, sleep sofa, and porch. Enjoy a full homemade breakfast, available by advance request, for $15 per person, served to your suite. Tucked away below Deerfield Ridge: five minutes' drive to Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook, Bement, and just 17 miles to Amherst or Northampton. If you like a secluded spot, you will be happy here with us and we will respect your privacy. The entrance is the only shared space. No cleaning fee.

PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL PRE-SET BREAKFAST that is served at 8 AM… please know there is not a breakfast menu. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk.

Large private bedroom and full bath in lovely Victorian home located in the Historic District of Belchertown. Step back in time in this period home decorated with antiques and enjoy the convenience of being near the Five College Area and all that it offers. There are two other rooms available at The Lacey Rose. This beautiful home was built in 1810 as a colonial and renovated into a victorian in the late 1880's.
