Studio 004 we have 4 studio appartments. 001 is lower ground. 002 studio is ground floor and studio 003 is 1st floor and this studio 004 is top floor or 2nd floor. This studio 004 is much in demand as views of mountains is better then the lower floor. For senior citizen ground floor ( studio 002) is better option as almost no stairs to climb. studio 001 is lower ground floor but it has 20% more space then other three appartments. As it is on lower ground so no balconies but it has big lawn.

Located amidst the dense deodar jungle one can sit in the garden and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time throughout the day.
