Homey apt. located on a quiet and friendly neighborhood, a few steps from one of the best and MOST beautiful beaches on the Caribbean, Playa Azul Beach at Luquillo, PR. 1st floor, 1 parking space just in front. A few steps to the beach. 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed w-A/C, 1 full bed w-A/C, 1 full size sofa bed w-A/C), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. Balcony in front, little terrace in the back, patio. TV, Basic Cable TV service provided. Water heater. I can not say it is a handicapped ready property, but it is an easy access one. You just step out of your car and come right in the balcony with wide gate, one of the bathroom has no tub, it is "walk in" (low ledge) and the kitchen has a low countertop. Access to main road in 2 min. Close to restaurants, marinas, fast foods, grocery store, shopping center, cinemas, outlet mall, banks, gas stations, church, and many others. 40 mins. from the San Juan area and LMM Airport, 10 mins. to Fajardo, 20 mins. to Humacao, 15 mins to Roosevelt Roads, Ceiba airport. You can enjoy from just laying down at this gorgeous beach all day long to visiting many nearby attractions like El Yunque Rain Forest, Las Cabezas de San Juan Luminicent Bay, via ferry Culebra and Vieques Islands, rent a little boat to go to Icacos or Palomino Island, El Conquistador Hotel Casino and Spa, 3 golf campus (Conquistador Hotel, Palmas del Mar, Rio Mar), El Comandante Horse Racing track, horseback riding, fishing, catamaran tours for scuba diving/snorkeling, Old San Juan, Condado and the Metropolitan area, etc. Design your experience as you wish for it to be.
