This place was amazing. Clean, had everything we needed and not far from the beach. My husband and I try to get to Matagorda once a year, Matt & Suzie's Studio space will be our go to place.

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable and pleasant. Quiet. Nice decor. Walkable to the beach; very easy. Coffee shop nearby; also walkable. Great communication with host.

Marianne and her husband were fantastic hosts! We really enjoyed our stay, we had a relaxing weekend. The area is very peaceful and calm. My kids and I really liked the area to fish and hang out at the beach.

Great place. Had a little trouble with the lock but the host fixed it promptly. Recommend you buy a bottle of water because the Wharton city water has a lot of sulphur in it. Unit was spacious and modern. Will definitely go back.

It was my first time in Surfside Beach and our stay at The Mark was so comfortable. The thing that stood out to me the most was how clean the place was. I mean it was spotless!! I was very impressed and pleased with the cleanliness. I loved the space and how quiet the place was. It was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach which was incredible!! There are a few restaurants, coffee shop, and convenience stores that are within walking distance which was very nice. The location of The Mark just can’t be beat. I also appreciated that there was an outside shower to rinse off all the sand after the beach before heading back inside. Kristin was super friendly and answered all my questions very quickly. I will be coming back to Surfside beach and I will be staying here again no doubt!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience!
