Below the cabin, the property borders the river, where you can explore the beautiful waterfalls or simply relax beside the water. Unwind on your private deck with a coffee while listening to the gentle sound of the river. It’s the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. We have sheep on the lifestyle block - (the paddock opposite us has 4 brand new lambs)

Clean comfortable and modern accommodation for up to 4 adults + 2 children. Located 5 mins to Katikati in an orchard setting. The spa is for guests to enjoy situated outside master bedrooms French country doors. A generous outdoor area with comfortable seating. Veiws of countryside and glimpses of the harbour. Both bedrooms accommodate 1xQueen bed each with all linen and towels supplied. Futon couches for extra children or single matress. Master has generous wardrobe space. Birdsong galore!!

Hot water via gas califont , flushing toilet , solar power , fridge , unlimited WiFi. Note : cabins location requires travelling down a farm track. If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

Sleep in high quality bedding, along with a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Parking allows for large vehicles including trailers. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Experience our bespoke, solar powered cabin, rustic but surrounded by nature. With an outdoor bath, ( not hot tub) overlooking the river. This private area is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself. Wear covering clothing outdoors for insects 15 minutes from Hobbiton, close to Te Waihou Blue spring and Waiwere falls. Arriving at night, follow the solar lights. Dogs are welcome but no aggressive dogs. Please take your waste with you, we have don’t have bins in rural areas.

This self-contained studio space is the perfect base to explore Cambridge and Waikato. Parking for car, kayaks, jet skis, boat, camper van. Comfy King bed with sheets supplied, Air Con for all seasons, the walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with towels supplied, full kitchenette for light meals with tea-coffee-milk supplied. BBQ at the ready. Back yard with brazier and lighting. Simple check in/out. Perfect for 1-2 guests.
